As of yesterday, I have decided to be a lipstick person. I went into london drugs and put on this dark purple and I really liked it! I didn't buy it though (because it was $27.) So instead I got this burgandyish one.

Next week I'm going to this (apparently) amazing thrift store with my friend and while I'm in the area I'm going to go buy some more lipstick (being the lipstick person I am.) Until then here are some lip colors I think are lovely.......

Today a couple of my friends and I decided to be sophisticated people and go for tea at a tea house. We go to the first one and its full all day. Then we walk to another one and...it's also full. So we went for sushi and walked around in our fancy clothes instead.

Ended up being a lovely day!

I had a good one. Lots of yummy food and family. I also went to this lights festival which was veryvery pretty.

Yesterday I went day-after-boxing-day shopping. I rarely buy new things but I got some good stuff. I got this pair of navy cords,that sweater, this wool head thing,purple tights, blue hat and this other hat. Pretty successful if I do say so myself.

Hello!

So, Winter was finally here. Snow and all. AND NOW ITS GONE! For a week it was snowy and cold and wonderful and now its rainy and mild. Boo. Why did it have to leave? Come back snow, please. I MISS YOU, THE SUN IS STUPID!!!

and...end rant.

On the bright side,with the snow being gone I've been able to dress more for warmer weather.

Fall is one of my favorite seasons for fashion. I love all of the heavy knits and the warm colors. Lately, I've been wearing ONLY big sweaters and warm cozy things.

As much as I loveeee Fall, I can't wait for winter. Christmas + Snow (IT WILL SNOW)= amazing. Also, even more layering and knits are in order! I re-found this lookbook picture and it made me feel all happy-wintery.

Today I wore my cape! I got it at a Vintage sale for only five dollas in July. It was before Fall (when capes got more popular) and I was all YEAH-SWEET FIVE DOLLAR THING !
lol @ vintage store that could have sold it for $50 two months later.

Hello.

Today was my first day of grade nine. WOOTWOOT. I am no longer a noob! No more "it smells like grade eight" jokes! Yay!

I, unlike previous grade nines, will be kind and welcoming to the grade eights. That's why I barged into their classroom and made them play pass the yarn and introduced them to Isidorous, my pet coconut. I then smashed Isidorous on the ground because I felt like it. Then I saw Isidorus was all moldy inside. ew. gross. Now i know why I had the urge to smash him- because he never was a good coconut. His heart was all moldy. Later I did some mung faces with Sophie.

Okay, I'm going to stop talking now before people click "unsubscribe" because they think I'm a psychopath.

ANYWAY. This is what I wore. I had a different outfit planned but I thought it was too normal so I changed.

I am having a very lazy day today.

I DID have a plan.

I WAS going to be productive.

But ,that slipped away once I saw my furry blanket hanging out with my laptop and my couch and some quesadillas. I just had to join them.

Since I'm just sitting on my ass I figured I might as well do a blog post. Then I realised I had nothing to blog about. Soooo I decided to post the outfit I'm wearing for my first day of school tomorrow. I was going to put it on but my hair looks like its eating me and I probably have some cheese stuck to my face.

Last night I went to the midnight showing of a theater production of Rocky Horror Picture Show. I had so much fun! I dressed up and looked like a mess (good thing) and have pretty much mastered the time warp. I'll post pictures soon.

I actually got this sweater a couple days ago when I went thrifting with Madi. ITS SO FRESH PRICE OF BEL AIR!!! for four dolla

Got this sweater at the sale, for only 3 dollars!

Got these boots at the sale today! More peter pan looking in real life. They were only 5 bucks!

Got these shorts at the sale too (actually I got everything at the sale except my FPOBA sweater so imma stop saying that.) They were only one dollar!

Just some jean shorts. One dollar.

HIGH WASTED PINK SHORTS! This picture doesn't do them must justice, they are quite cool. ONE DOLLAR

Right now I am super excited because I'm off to THE CHEAPEST VINTAGE SALE EVER! Everything is 1-5 dollars! woohoooo
Ill post what I got once I get back.

After I go to THE CHEAPEST VINTAGE SALE EVER I shall go on a ferry. And then I shall go to a midnight showing of Rocky Horror Picture Show. I'm still trying to figure out my outfit for it.... One of my aunts friends is acting in it so it shall be cool.

Yesterday I hung out with Madi......again. BUT I LIKE HANGING OUT WITH HER SO S`ALL GOOD. We went to the thrift store and I got some more records! Puff the Magic Dragon, Billy Joel (!!!) and Neil Diamond.

Hello!

Today I went to the beach with my friend Madison. It turned out to be the crappiest day of the week so far. We got there and read Nylon and ate cookies under a towel because it was SO cold. It warmed up a little bit so we made some sand castles (hence the amazing pig sand sculpture below) and threw water and beach materiel at each other. It was still too cold to swim in the ocean so we went to the heated (thank goodness) outdoor saltwater pool beside it. Once we left it started to get warm, of course. I still had lots of fun though.
